77G UnderBond Storage
Western Container Services operates a Australian Border Force Approved 77G FCL Under-Bond Facility. The bonded facility is capable of storing 70 TEU in a combination of Reefer, GP, HighCube and any over height containers.
A pre-advice via email is required 1 working day prior to book a container for storage in the 77G FCL Bond.
On arrival at the Western Containers Depot, a digital photo of the doors including the intact container seal. Another digital photo is taken of the Container Seal with the Seal Number clearly visible. The digital photos are downloaded into our system. ICS status is checked, a screenshot of the ICS status is downloaded into the job.
The container has the Gate In processed, the container is then unloaded and moved into the 77G Bond Facility. Containers are stored with door to doors for added security. Reefer containers are stored with the motors facing outwards so that the temperature gauge can be monitored.
A pre-advice is required to collect containers from the 77G FCL Bond. A screen dump of the ICS screen displaying a “CLEAR” Status for the container is required along with copies of the “” movement direction “release from Underbond”. Prior to loading the container onto transport, digital photos are taken of the doors with the container seal intact and a photo of the container seal with the number clearly visible. The photos are downloaded into the job on the computer system.
With the ICS status as CLEAR and the container seal is confirmed as intact and the correct seal number on the seal. The container is loaded onto transport and Gated Out of the depot.
